The holder (10) has luminescent pigments distributedly arranged in a portion of a wall (15) and shining regions (14, 18, 20, 22) of an entire view side (12) of the holder and provided in a material of the holder and/or a film e.g. color or paint, that is coated on the holder. The side of the holder partially comprises supplementary reflecting properties. Excitation sources (16) excite the pigments, which emit electromagnetic waves. The sources are controlled by a control device i.e. lightness sensor, of a vehicle, and stimulate the pigments in one of the shining regions of the side.
