The fecal matter bag has an outer bag and an inner tubular bag (1) larger in the cross-section and laterally folded. The tubular bag narrows inwards on its lower end by sewings (2a,2b) extending inwards on both sides, and is held by a detachable sewing slightly fixed in the outer bag. The deodorizing material, particularly urea is incorporated in the lower area of the outer bag. The inner tubular bag passes through the sewing by retention of its outer contour without lateral material cut. The fecal matter bag is made of biodegradable material. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a fecal matter bag.
