The device has a wheel rocker shaft, a driving toothed wheel with external toothing (7), a driving toothed wheel with inner toothing (22) that is connected with the wheel rim (20), a wheel bearing (17) with diameter in the size of the wheel rim and a spring strut axle (32). The combined drive- and wheel rocker shaft (1) is mounted by a grooved ball bearing (4) and a needle bearing (10) in a statistically determined manner.
