The mill (1) has an inner grinding chamber (11) filled with grinding bodies (17). A concentric outer grinding chamber (4) is filled with the grinding bodies and arranged around the inner grinding chamber. The inner and outer grinding chambers are separated from each other by a rotatable bell or cylindrical height adjustable tubular shaft (5). A passage opening (8) for a grinding stock is provided between the tubular shaft and a base plate (7), and an entry device (15) and a discharge device (18) for the grinding stock are provided in the grinding chambers, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a method for milling grinding stock.
