Method and composition of topical antiinflammatory plasters for accelerating wound healing and superficially closed injuries comprises selectively introducing a concentration of sodium channel blocker from local anesthetics of ester or amide type in the peripheral skin adhesive area of the plaster lying around a wound dressing, where the skin adhesive area is either planar perforated or consists of non-occlusive material.
