The fastener has nut (1) comprising collars (10) that are located at circumferential contact surfaces (11) of nut. A plate (2) is arranged radially around the collar. The plate is provided with contact surface (20) which is arranged in the direction of the contact surface of the nut, such that the contact surface of nut is partially curved in the direction of contact surface of plate to the outside of spherical cap or the contact surface of the plate is partially curved in the direction of the contact surface of the nut to outside of spherical cap.
