The method involves developing an infiltration point over three-dimensioned controllable nozzle filters (14, 15) using ground water compression (26) for forming horizontal infiltration funnels (17) that form a transfer surface (18) in a groundwater reservoir (22). Ground water (42) is sucked from upstream flow of a hydrostatic obstacle ball (28) by using the ground water compression. Precipitation water is stored in the reservoir over the infiltration funnels, and rain water (8) is supplied to the reservoir. Three-dimensioned storage areas (30) for heat energy are installed in the reservoir. An independent claim is also included for a device for removing or supplying medium from or into groundwater reservoir.
