The arrangement (1) has two elongated leg-like components (4, 5) pivotable relative to each other from a stretching position into a swivel position. Plate-shaped holding elements (6, 7) partially overlap at outside on respective side surfaces of the components. One of the components is swingable at the one of the holding elements over a set of bearing elements (8, 10) while the other component is swingable at the other holding element over another set of bearing elements. Free ends of the components are provided with stop surfaces, which partially directly contact in the stretching position. The pivoting components, the holding elements and the bearing elements are made of plastic in a common plastic injection molding method. The bearing elements are formed as rivets or screw elements.
