The spoke mounting arrangement has one or multiple spoke nipples (1) that are designed as two pieces. A separate guide element is built by a central cone-shaped seat (9) with an outer peripheral. The contact surfaces (2,11) are restored on a side averted from a rim base (4) by the central seat. A hub flange is aligned in position for incorporating a spring element (3). The spoke nipple interacts with a rim hole (5) in the rim base of a rim, and with a hub bore at the hub flange of a hub. One of the contact surfaces formed on a side of the spoke nipples faces the rim base or the hub flange.
