The valve device (1) has valve structure (7) to connect thermostatic element (9) against force of valve spring (10) from predefined limit temperature of outlet port (A) with inlet openings (4) of valve housing, and/or with bypass openings (6) through housing. A float (11) is provided in chamber (5) connected with inlet openings, which covers liquid orifices (13) in a state without predetermined amount of liquid discharge openings and releases in floated state with quantity of liquid above predefined quantity of liquid, so that liquid from valve housing flows via outlet port.
