The keyboard instrument has an instrument casing whose inner space is divided into an upper resonant space (1) or lower resonant space (8) or a front space and a rear space. The lower resonance space comprises a sounding board (5). The inner space of the instrument casing includes a relative humidity control system and an active elimination device. The active elimination device actively eliminates the gradients of relative humidity in lower space or front space, and includes a fan or a ventilator to produce the convection of air in the instrument casing.
