The device has a rotatably mounted clockwork provided with motion works, where the motion works consist of a cannon pinion (1), a minute wheel (2) and an hour wheel (3). A manually operable blocking mechanism is coupled with a rotational motion of the clockwork during a manual operation of drive of wheels of the motion works relative to the clockwork such that a rotation of the clockwork enables an adjustment of the motion works relative to the clockwork. The blocking mechanism consists of a blocking wheel (4) and a blocking controller (5) fixed in a watch case. The blocking controller is manually moved to the blocking wheel for setting time.
