The unit (10) has a base part (11) i.e. curved support surface, for connecting the unit with a transverse carrier (21) i.e. cylindrical pipe. A fixing part (12) is connected with the base part and realizes an active connection of the unit with a bearing block (22). The base part and/or the fixing part forms a retaining opening (13) for containing the bearing block in a lateral direction on both sides. The base part is formed cuff-like for partially circumferentially fitting on the transverse carrier. The fixing part includes two oppositely-lying fixing elements (12a) in the lateral direction.
