The device has a tubular arrangement adapted to a form of a body part and formed by helical laying of plastic flexible pipes (1). Holes are formed at a wall at inner sides in a recess of the plastic flexible pipes in defined distances. Connectors for compressed-air supply are provided at an end. The tubular arrangement is externally laterally surrounded by an airtight layer that is made of a flexible film i.e. installation fabric tape. The coiled plastic flexible pipes are interconnected by encased binding wires. Connecting elements are designed as perforated rubber bands.
