The linear unit has a linear guide unit that is provided with a guide bar (18) mounted on outer circumference of a cylindrical guide surface (32). The cylindrical guide surface is provided with which guide bar is connected with linear guide unit. The guide bar is provided with cylindrical guide surface for forming outer tube (33) arranged in tube inner space (35). The tube inner space is arranged with a stiffening structure (34). An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing guide bar of linear unit.
