The assembly has an antenna (36) arranged in a front body region of a motor vehicle in a vehicle longitudinal direction before a front space (14) of the motor vehicle. The antenna is arranged with respect to the vehicle longitudinal direction and region-wise covered with a bending cross beam. A space between a forward edge (40) of a bonnet (16) and a radiator shield part i.e. radiator grill (22), is bridged by a covering part (18) made of plastic material. The radiator shield part is arranged in the vehicle longitudinal direction in front of the bonnet.
