The collector has an outer transparent cover (1) i.e. glass pane part, and an air gap for a spatial separation of below arranged absorber-heat exchanger-combination (2). The absorber heat exchanger combination consists of a glass pane (3) that is arranged on top of the absorber-heat exchanger combination. A lower side of a heat exchanger is fastened with thermal conductive contact on the top of the absorber-heat exchanger combination. The cover and glass pane of the absorber-heat exchanger combination form an insulation glass, which is laterally sealed by a gastight edge composite. The insulation glass is filled with gases e.g. argon or krypton, for reducing heat loss. The collector is bounded on rear or inner sides of a final panel that is wood or metal or a non-metallic material such as plaster or plastic material.
