The present invention provides a pharmaceutical combination composition comprising a) an activated-potentiated form of an antibody against an S-100 protein, b) an activated-potentiated form of an antibody to histamine, and c) an activated-potentiated form of an antibody to TNF -alpha. Various embodiments and variants are provided. The present invention provides a method of treating a disease or a condition of functional aetiology of the gastrointestinal tract, the method comprising administering a pharmaceutical combination composition comprising a) an activated-potentiated form of an antibody to a histamine, b) an activated-potentiated form of a histamine Antibody to S-100 protein; and c) an activated-potentiated form of an antibody to TNF-alpha, to a patient in need thereof.
