The transmission and/or torque converter has a drive shaft, and a mass (1) i.e. ball, rotated around a rotational axis (2) of the shaft. The mass is movably supported in the direction of centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the mass. A transducer (3) is supported on an eccentric cam (4) such that the centrifugal force is transmitted to the transducer, where rotation of the transducer around an axis of the eccentric cam drives a driven shaft (10). The transducer is designed as a ring-shaped element, and the mass is connected with a rotational body (5).
