It is a therapy device for myofunctional therapy with a mouth, to which at least one functional element is attached, proposed, by means of which an improved therapy targeted to the individual to be treated and its dysfunction is possible. This is inventively achieved in that the functional element and the mouth insert have releasable connection elements, so that the functional element is replaceable.
