The suspension device has releasable holders (3) that are provided in a Velcro (RTM: hook-and-loop fastener) panel (1) for attaching the panel in groove of curtain rail. The first and second holders are provided in longer leg of panel along X-direction for front insertion of panel in curtain rail, and a third holder is provided in shorter leg of panel along Y-direction for rear insertion of panel in curtain rail. The three holders are arranged such that the panel is kept in stable horizontal state to suspend the suspended fabric.
