The structure (1) has a roof region (14) fastened to roof frames (12a, 12b) for forming joints (16a, 16b) that are partially filled with a sealing agent e.g. adhesive element. The sealing agent receives joint-receiving profile units (20a, 20b), where the profile units comprise a diaphragm region and a base region that is connected with the diaphragm region. The base region is received by the sealing agent to be designed as a sealant, which form-fittingly encloses the base region of the profile units. The profile units comprise a T-shaped or Y-shaped cross-section.
