The device (2) has a nozzle head (6) rotatable around a rotational axis (8) relative to a nozzle body (4). A guide element (10) is rotatable around another rotational axis (14) relative to the nozzle head and comprises a fluid uncoupling portion. The latter axis extends transverse or diagonal to the former axis. The guide element comprises a guide element channel and extends parallel, diagonal or transverse to the latter axis, where fluid of a nozzle head channel and a nozzle body channel (16) is supplied to the uncoupling portion through the element channel. The nozzle body and the nozzle head are designed as rotary bodies.
