The heater has a temperature controller and a thermostat provided in the heater, where the heater is automatically switched on at low temperatures to warm a chip set in a camera so that an operation is ensured at intense minus degree. A heating film is connected with the thermostat. The chip set is placed at maximum temperature of approximately 0 degree. The heater is supplied with 5 V and/or 12 V. The heating film internally heats the camera so that the camera works at temperatures below a freezing point. The thermostat checks environment temperature.
