The transition has a flexible cable electronically connecting a carrier incoming line to carrier outgoing lines. Length, width and depth of a transition component, a supporting framework and a spring are flexibly selected. The transition is made of continuous casting mold part. End parts are screwed properly, matched with a detent or positively attached, welded or riveted to the continuous casting mold part by a flexible raster. The transition is individually color coated.
