The welded component assembly has a tubular body (10) and a component, particularly connection fitting which is welded with an outer surface of the tubular body by using a weld seam (26). A sealing component is sealingly attached on an outer surface of the tubular body and an outer surface of the connection fitting, such that vo particles released from the weld seam enter into the space outside the sealing component. The sealing component consists of a shrink film and is formed by a sealing ring of elastically deformable material. The tubular body is a distributor pipe of a common rail injection system.
