Meatless production of a pizza kebab, comprises: providing Peymer (RTM: Cheese pizza), which is a piece of raw material produced with different weights, where raw material comprises milk product including cheese, and spices in the form of a blunt, conical or cylindrical shape; and applying doner-rotisserie in a layering for vertical grilling according to kebab- or gyros type and for horizontal grilling according to rotisserie type.
