The buckle (6) has projections (38, 40) co-acting at an L-shaped lever (24) and an operation key (22). The lever is formed such that rotational torque acting on the lever acts against a lever's rotation direction (D) during accelerating the lever in an operation direction (B). The lever is coupled with the key and a latch (20) and pivoted by displacing the key in the operation direction from an original position into the rotation direction. The lever couples the key with the latch such that the lever is moved by displacing the key in the operation direction against a closing direction (S).
