The supply has a gearbox (3) for driving a three-phase alternating current (AC) asynchronous generator (2) higher than that of a three-phase AC asynchronous motor (1), so that a higher voltage is generated. A three-phase AC variable voltage transformer (4) reduces the higher voltage into lower voltage and is controlled according to the speed of the motor, where the amperage is simultaneously controlled to a value required for the motor during generation of surplus energy. The surplus energy flowing in a circuit is stabilized according to rotational speed of the motor.
