The scrap melter ladle furnace system has a scrap melting ladle furnace (2) that performs melting of scrap by supplied primary energy. The metal melt is tapped in the ladle furnace. An arc occurs in the molten metal by overheating of the molten metal through electrical energy, so that steel is alloyed. The molten metal entering the ladle furnace from the bottom of pan (3) is electrically heated by the stroke of the graphite electrode. The oxygen level usage of the scrap melting burner is reduced by scrap conveyor (18).
