The harness has a neck belt (1) passing through a collar around a neck of an animal through first ring (6) and second ring and a loop (7) of another neck belt (4). A third ring (5) attached in a neck region and fixed in middle of the former neck belt. The third ring or the loop of the latter neck belt (4) is formed on a lap belt (3) under the loop of the lap belt. A fourth ring (10) is arranged in middle at a back area of the neck belt. Closures of the two neck belts are made of plastic or metal. The rings are made of from nylon, leather, artificial fiber and natural fiber.
