The compensating mattress has inner mattress having hydraulic cylinders instead of spring as mattress core. The cylinders are connected in several ways through small and large chambers. The cylinder has piston. The pistons at position where pressure is strong are moved down to position where pressure is low until pressure is equally divided so that body lying on mattress is uniformly supported. The cylinder stroke is 50mm, outer and inner cylinder diameters are 20mm and 16mm and the piston diameter is 10mm. A 2000x 1000mm mattress needs about 5000 cylinders.
