The method involves generating a control signal by a processing unit using multiple input signals. The input signals include power consumption of an enclosure of a commercial kitchen where the cooking or flushing devices are connected, gas consumption of gas stoves, infrared detectors, signals from transmitters that are associated with induction fields and induction generators. The signals are generated using infrared detectors, inductive proximity sensors and ultrasonic sensors.
