The device (R) has sleeve-like coupling elements (K1, K2) adapted for axial fitting on a tulip (P8) of pedicle screws of top loading type. The screws are coupled by a lever rod (H2). The rod is pivotably and angle-adjustably mounted at one of the coupling elements (K1). A bolt-like mounting aid (M1) is inserted into one of the coupling elements, and detachably carries a set screw i.e. headless screw, to be placed in the tulip at an end section. An angular piece (H1) is mounted at one of the coupling elements (K1) by a hinge (K8). The rod is rigidly fixed at a leg of the angular piece. An independent claim is also included for a spondylolisthesis-reposition instrument.
