The cylinder (1) has an outer telescopic piston (3) and an inner telescopic piston (4) retracted from and into one another. A bypass (10) is arranged between the outer and inner telescopic pistons and is connected with a piston space (9). A flushing system (15) is provided to enable exchange of pressure in annular space (8) and piston space and provided with a rinsing spacer (16) attached to the annular space. A flush valve (17) is arranged in a container (7) and opened by retracting inner telescopic piston, to discharge the pressure from piston space into the container.
