The method involves cutting a cutting plate from a thermally conductive layer. The cutting plate is set to a blow press machine with upper and lower pressing elements. A semi-finished product is produced in the shape of a flower pot or a cup by pressing the cutting plate in upper and lower pressing elements. The semi-finished product is mounted in a chamfering machine for chamfering with the rolling rolls. A heat transfer layer is uniformly coated on the inner and outer surfaces of the semi- finished product and is dried to obtain a complete heat dissipation pad.
