The arrangement has a valve main body (2) comprising an air inlet running through ends. The valve main body is formed in a predetermined length and integrally connected with a surface of a rim band (1). One of the ends comprises a base part, which is covered by an annular plane. A valve stem is formed in a predetermined length and pushed into the air inlet of the valve main body. The valve stem controls air flowing through the air inlet of the valve main body. The rim band and the valve main body are formed as one-piece by coating and connection.
