The method involves transferring a certain amount of color from a color reservoir i.e. color bottle, into a use container (1) i.e. color cap. A part of a tattoo or permanent make-up tool is immersed into the color located in the use container for wetting the tool with the color. An unfilled use container is closed by a one-time-closure (13). A partial filling of the color in the use container from the color reservoir is carried-out after a partial removal of the one-time-closure, where the use container is sterilized prior to use and formed in form of a blister pack. An independent claim is also included for a container for use in a method for providing tattoo or permanent make-up color and for wetting a tattoo or permanent make-up tool.
