The circuit (100) has a potential change stage (104) to couple an output node (101) with a potential supply unit (103) when difference between potential of output node and potential supply unit becomes less than a predetermined threshold value, so that second current is flowed between output node and potential supply unit. Two potential change stages (102,104) are dimensioned such that sum of first and second currents does not exceeds a maximum charging/discharging current. The circuit has the potential change stage (102) to couple the output node and the potential supply unit in response to input signal of output node, so that first current is flowed between output node and the potential supply unit.
