The housing has a main housing portion (11) that is set to receive ring-shaped tape core. An inner hollow cylinder (14) is concentrically arranged in main portion (13-1) of outer hollow cylinder (13). The inner hollow cylinder and outer hollow cylinder are interconnected by disc-shaped connector (19). An auxiliary housing portion (12) is set with outer hollow cylinder and cylinder base (16) in which an opening is formed. The auxiliary housing portion is linked with main housing portion by tape core and inner hollow cylinder is formed inside the main housing portion.
