Sealing buildings by coating a textile sheet covering a sealed building area with a reactive system, is claimed, where the reactive system comprises (A) a polyisocyanate component consisting of at least one organic polyisocyanate with two or more reversibly blocked isocyanate groups, (B) at least one organic polyamine with at least two primary amine groups and an average molecular weight of 60-1000, (C) at least one oxirane group-containing compound having more than one oxirane group per molecule, (D) at least one reactive rubber component with oxirane groups or amino groups. Sealing buildings by coating a textile sheet covering a sealed building area with a reactive system, is claimed, where the reactive system comprises (A) a polyisocyanate component consisting of at least one organic polyisocyanate with two or more reversibly blocked isocyanate groups, (B) at least one organic polyamine with at least two primary amine groups and an average molecular weight of 60-1000, (C) at least one oxirane group-containing compound having more than one oxirane group per molecule, (D) at least one reactive rubber component with oxirane groups or amino groups, and (E) fillers, auxiliary and additives.
