Liquid detergent or cleaning agent having a flow limit, comprises: 7-20 wt.%, preferably 5-20 wt.% an anionic surfactant comprising sulfonate surfactant and/or sulfate surfactants; 3-15 wt.%, preferably 1-15 wt.% a nonionic surfactant comprising alkoxylated fatty alcohols with an alkoxylation degree of = 4, alkoxylated fatty acid alkyl esters, fatty acid amides, alkoxylated fatty acid amides, polyhydroxy fatty acid amides, alkylphenol polyglycol ethers, amine oxides and/or alkyl polyglucosides; 8-25 wt.%, preferably 0.5-10 wt.% an inorganic sa and 0.5-5 wt.% a co-surfactant.
