The universal linkage (1) has linkage portions (2,3) that are pivotally connected through a hinge (D1). A sliding disc (23) of hinge (D1) is coupled with a hinge (D2) over a pushrod (10) and provided with eccentric mounted deflection pins (25). A spring relief unit (F2) for rotational torque relief of hinge (D1) is guided through deflection pins based on pivoting angle of hinge (D1). The torque relief of the hinge (D2) is carried out relative to pivoting angle of hinge (D1) by varying the length of a spring relief unit (F1) in dependence of angular position of the disc.
