The device has an AND-logic unit (2) which connects the two switching outputs to the first signal path (D1). A first OR logic unit (3) connects the two switching outputs to the second signal path (D2). An output release logic circuit (11) is provided in first signal path having return line between release logic and input of second OR logic unit (4). The input of test circuit (10) is connected to the output of second OR logic unit, the first output is connected to the input of second OR logic unit and the second output is controlled by output release logic in first signal path.
