The flap has a swivel/foldable door unit designed as a pendulum or swinging door that is provided with vertical swingable door elements (1), where each door elements comprises a door leaf (2) and a rotating frame (3). The frame is made of light metal i.e. aluminum and formed by rounded or circular cross-sectional profiles. The door elements comprise a center frame element (4) and an outer frame element (5). Torsion springs (6) are integrated into the outer frame element, and the central frame element is mutually attached with attracting magnets. The door leaf is designed as a fence, a lattice, a perforated plate or a planar metallic solid material and made of glasses.
