The detector (1) has a sensor element (3) located on an element carrier (2), which is designed as an unrolling strip (4) i.e. spring tape. The strip is formed by self rolling for a holding system at a shell side of a preparation vessel. The strip is formed such that the strip remains in a completely unrolled state. The strip exhibits an uneven form in a cross-section and is curved in an annular or C-shaped cross-section. An inner side of the strip is formed with skid-proof material i.e. silicone, in sections. The strip is made of an electromagnetic interacting material. The strip is designed as an antenna. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an arrangement with a preparation vessel (2) a method for attachment of a temperature detector to a preparation vessel.
