The method involves connecting local area network station (ONS) to prosumer (PE) of low-voltage network (NSN) over phase spacer. An information signal (IS) is generated by signal generating unit in local area network station of low-voltage network, and is transmitted to prosumer at preset master frequency. The control information which represents power fed into low-voltage network is included in the information signal. An independent claim is included for a device for controlling power in low-voltage network.
