The structure (1) has an air-side supporting wall (3) connected with rear anchors (13) that are directed in earth material. The supporting wall is formed from a set of gabions (4), and the rear anchorages are designed as a metal wire lattice, which is connected with the gabions by a connecting element (16) i.e. high tensile metal wire. The connecting element is connected with a mesh of edges of the metal wire lattice, where the edges of the metal wire lattice are turned toward earth side of the gabions. The connecting element includes coverable hook-shaped ends. The gabion is selected from a bulk basket, gabion wall, gabion box or gabion with a stone-filled wire basket.
