The adjuster has a drive element (2) and an output element arranged coaxial to a rotational axis (4) of the adjuster, and rotated relative to each other. The drive element and the output element are provided with multiple wings (9) and a frame (7), which is composed of multiple metal parts (5a, 5b) and spacers (6a-6e) i.e. bearing shoes (10). The metal parts are axially spaced at a distance from each other. The spacers define an intermediate space between the metal parts, where the intermediate space is firmly filled by a filling material (18) e.g. non-metal and light metal. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a drive element and an output element of a camshaft adjuster.
