The motivation object (1) comprises a biting body (2), a grip portion (14) and a hinge portion (11) connecting the biting body and the grip portion. The bending stiffness of hinge portion is smaller than the grip portion. The hinge portion has a length between 4 millimeter and 40 millimeter, particularly between 8 millimeter and 25 millimeter. The hinge portion allows a rotation of the biting body and the grip portion relative to each other around any number of axes. The hinge portion is formed by a rope (4). An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a motivation object.
